The VMS2HA is a fully automatic, truly portable calibration system designed for on-site calibration across multiple industries, including semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and aerospace. With its built-in Calibration Management Software, it ensures full compliance with industry quality standards such as ISO 90XX, ISO/IEC 17025, and ANSI Z540.

Unmatched Precision and Compliance

Equipped with up to three high-accuracy NIST or PTB traceable vacuum transfer standards, the VMS2HA delivers a basic accuracy of up to 0.025%. Its flexible configuration allows users to optimize accuracy across required calibration pressure ranges. The proprietary pressure control algorithm provides a repeatable control resolution of up to 0.01% of the set point, ensuring reliable and consistent results. Moreover, the system is fully compliant with ISO-3567 standards.
