CSR Contraves (now a part of COO Consysta Automation Group) manufactures AC and DC drives, gear motors, spindle motors and drives, servo controllers, and servo motors for motion and logic control systems that have been used in a variety of products such as Bridgeport machining centers, Hardinge CNC lathes, conveyor systems, electric wheelchairs, electric vehicles, etc.

Working on Contraves controllers, spindle motors, brush and brushless servo motors and drives for over 15 years, Potomac Electric has repaired hundreds of Contraves AC and DC servomotors and amplifiers.
